Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item due to a (rare) manufacturing fault, we will replace the goods as soon as we can. 

If you wish to return your item because you have changed your mind about a purchase - no problem.  Ipak will offer you an exchange voucher or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • You produce a copy of the invoice from Ipak.
  • The item is in re-saleable condition including that: it is in it's original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories; it is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition; any sew-in labels are still attached.

Goods are returned to Ipak at your own expense unless received faulty.


Privacy Policy
We will never sell, lease or provide your information to any other third party. That’s it!

Your personal right to privacy is paramount. We want to ensure that your experience at Ipak is safe and enjoyable and your decision to provide us with personal information such as: name, address, email address, phone number enables us to offer you transactions processed efficiently and provide a higher level of customer service.

Your personal and order information that is retained by us is held on a secure password protected database, with access only available to selected Ipak authorised personnel.

We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and will not sell or share your information with outside companies or third parties. The only time we may need to pass on your contact details is only with courier companies for the purposes of delivery.


Our Guarantee

We offer a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your product, send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, in the original packaging and we will refund your purchase.

 

Accounts and Cash Sales

Ipak operates on the basis of cash sales only (via Credit Card, Debit Plus for online purchasing, and Direct Credit).  We do not open accounts for companies or send out orders prior to receiving payment.
